Terms of service

Turnaround time

I usually don't take too long drawing a piece, but the commission turnaround time can be up to 1 week or a month. But if I need longer I will let you know. I have a lot of personal problems and mental issues that may make this take longer, so please be patient with me.
If the drawing needs a deadline, please discuss it with me in whether I will be able to do it or not.

  • If you only have DA points, we can discuss it via DMs

  • It will be easier to contact me via Twitter or Toyhouse

  • I prefer payment within 24 hours of the request

  • I will not accept refunds unless I can no longer draw the image

  • Please have a reference of the character you would like me to draw unless it is a custom

  • I will send updates of the image so I don't make any mistakes on the drawing!

  • I have the right to use the image I drew for you as an example. If you do NOT want me to it will be $5.

  • Please credit me for my art if posted on other sites or used as a pfp. My Toyhouse is @ParsleyPaste

  • Do not claim my art as your own

  • My art is not to be sold commercially. If that is what you would like, then we can discuss it.

  • All personal information shared between us will be strictly between us

  • When paying please mark it as goods and services and remove your address.

About Customs

Ownership

  • When you purchase a custom, the character is 100% yours. Feel free to do whatever you would like with them!

  • You may redesign the character if you so wish, but please credit their original designer as me

  • Do not sell them for more than bought unless you buy commissioned art for the character, that will add on to their worth!

  • If you trade art with me for the custom character they will still be worth the amount of money your art is worth, so they will still be sellable in the future for you!

  • If you trade a character for a custom they will be worth how much the character is worth, so they still will be sellable. If the character was received free, then they will only be tradable.

TOS
Everything listed in my main TOS applies to customs EXCEPT for commercial use. You may use your character as you please as long as you credit me for the original design for them!
